A Meet & Greet is required for all first-time clients and is designed for you and your pets to get to know us (and vice versa). PSPR understands the importance of being completely comfortable with the person you will trust with your home and pets while away. We want to answer your questions and review your pet’s routine in person. Building lasting relationships with our human clients is just as important as with our furry ones.
What is the cost of the Meet & Greet?
Our first Meet & Greet is FREE! You will only be charged for a meet & greet when multiple meetings are needed. Sometimes our clients like to have more than one meeting with our team, and that’s ok! Pets may also feel shy or a little nervous at first, and that’s perfectly natural. Having a practice run will make sure our staff can enter the home safely and get to know our team members better.
There is a charge of $30 for any additional Meet & Greet meetings.
Please be prepared to show rabies vaccination records.
What Can I Expect?
Here are a few important things we’ll cover during your Meet & Greet:
Your Pet’s Routine: We’ll review your pet’s feeding instructions, daily potty schedule, and everything else we need to know to ensure your pet is safe and happy.
Your Home: We’ll cover anything we need to know about your home, like how your home alarm system works, which areas of the house your pet is confined to or restricted from, where you keep your outdoor trash, etc.
Our key Policy: During your Meet & Greet, we will review how exactly we handle the keys to your home and safety.
You may have questions. We’ll answer them.
